2008: Luke Mulholland was named to the NSCAA/adidas NCAA Division II All-America third team. Mulholland is the 12th student-athlete in the school’s senior college history to earn All-America honors from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Mulholland was also named to both the NSCAA and the Daktronics men’s soccer All-South Atlantic Region first teams in 2008. He is two-time NSCAA regional honoree, as he was selected for the NSCAA All-Appalachian Region first team in 2007.

Mulholland had eight goals and seven assists. On the SAC charts, he ranked seventh in points and seventh in assists. He has earned first team All-SAC laurels two years in a row. 

2007: Mulholland started 19 games for the Bulldogs his freshman season, racking up 10 goals and six assists while earning first team all-conference honors. He scored the game-winning goal in Wingate’s 6-1 win over West Virginia Wesleyan, while also scoring the game-winner in the 2-1 win over Florida Tech. Mulholland registered two assists in Wingate’s 5-1 win over Charleston. He racked up two goals and an assist in a 6-0 win over Chowan. Mulholland had a goal and an assist in a win at Lenoir-Rhyne, and also scored a goal in Wingate’s 3-0 win over fourth-ranked Lincoln Memorial.

High School: Mulholland played at Preston High School, where he led his team to two conference championships. Mulholland was also a team captain.
