WHAT THEY ARE SAYING

Wingate Director of Student-Athlete Development and women's golf coach Erin Thorne: "While we did clean up a good number of our doubles and triples, it was only a small improvement on our team score we were able to manage. Our short games have not been as sharp as in past tournaments. We know we can post a good score…it is just a matter of fully believing in this right from the start of the round and letting go of any mistakes we make."
