Aiken, S.C.----The Pacers of USC Aiken edged Wingate University 5-4 in NCAA Division II women’s tennis action Wednesday afternoon. The Pacers improve to 1-0 on the year, while Wingate falls to 1-1.

Ewa Opala (Redziny, Poland) picked up a pair of wins on the afternoon. She defeated Courtney Hall 6-0, 6-1 in number six singles action. Opala paired with senior

The Bulldogs return to action Saturday, traveling to Davidson College for a 10 a.m. start. USC Aiken returns to action Thursday, February 11, traveling to Benedict for a 12 p.m. start.
